The pillar aims at building up people to reach maturity in faith and in the knowledge of God and equipping various age categories and special focus groups including change management in transition stages in the Discipleship.

The pillar provides support to ministries by nurturing Christian growth through facilitation of training on discipleship; creating linkages across pillars to facilitate discipleship; enhancing access to and sharing of information; and establishing mechanisms for holistic empowerment of congregants.
